This summer has been the sunniest, driest, hottest summer in my recent memory - we've literally had about 2-3 days of rain since the New Year, and it's almost become the norm to wake up to crystal clear blue skies and cicadas screaming just outside my window. Although it's officially now autumn, it seems like NZ summer is here to linger for just a little while longer, and as much as I long to wrap up in layers and layers of jumpers, scarves, and coats, I want to soak in the sunshine to last me through the dreary winter sun/rain/wind.
In Germany is winter and we had so much snow.
